The mobile trailer is able to travel to different locations in the area providing a wide variety of delicious N.O. type cuisine. The catering service is equipped to cater several different types of events ranging from Weddings & Birthday Parties to Graduations & Family Reunions. We are able to prepare foods and deliver to the desired location or venue, while we are also equipped to prepare on site, whichever is the clients preference.
